How it was solved
Built a Zapier automation that catches every new Google review the moment it's posted and splits by rating: 1-3 star reviews get logged to Airtable and trigger an immediate Slack alert to staff for direct follow-up; 4-5 star reviews get logged and handed to an AI step that drafts a thoughtful reply, posted back to Google automatically.
The outcome
Bad reviews now get a staff response the same day instead of sitting unnoticed, and every good review gets a genuine reply, building the clinic's online reputation without anyone having to babysit the review feed.
